The Directorate provides strategic support on human resource management and administrative functions to enhance the ability of the Council to function as a best practice and service-oriented public body; and creates and sustains a pleasant and appreciative working environment that encourages high performance, for the purpose of attracting, motivating, developing and retaining qualified employees. It also creates enabling working environment to enhance sustainable high performance culture. The Directorate is also responsible for setting strategic plan, monitoring and evaluating its implementation.
The Directorate is divided into two main Sections:-

(ii) Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Section
